We stand behind every bottle we sell. If something isn't right, we want to know — and we make it simple to fix.
Before Your Order Arrives
Classy fragrances are sealed, original products imported directly from Saudi Arabia. To protect their authenticity, sealed bottles cannot be opened or inspected at the moment of delivery. Inspecting the product before accepting it would break the seal that guarantees it has never been opened — so we ask that you trust the seal, the same way you would with any sealed original perfume.
If anything about your order looks wrong from the outside — a damaged box, a broken outer seal, the wrong item — you may decline delivery on the spot, and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
What Can Be Returned
- Unopened, sealed bottles — returned within 7 days of delivery, in their original packaging, for a full refund.
- Visible damage or a manufacturing defect — reported within 24 hours of delivery, with a photo showing the issue. We cover the cost of return shipping and send a free replacement.
- Authenticity concerns — raised at any time. Send us proof and we verify with the original house. If what we sold you is not authentic, you receive a full refund.
- Wrong item received — reported within 24 hours of delivery, replaced at no extra cost.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Bottles that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal — perfume is a hygiene-sensitive product and cannot be resold once opened.
- Items missing their original packaging, box, or accessories.
- Damage caused after delivery through misuse or improper storage.
- Products purchased as part of a special offer or discount bundle (e.g. "Buy One, Get One", or discounts of 50% or more), unless there is a visible defect or damage reported within 24 hours of delivery.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email with your order number and the reason for the return.
- For damage, defects, or authenticity concerns, include a clear photo.
- We arrange a pickup, or guide you to the nearest drop-off point.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, you will be notified within 48 hours whether the return is approved.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.
Refunds
- Refunds can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only — we cannot transfer funds to a different account or person.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer rather than cash, since no card payment exists to reverse.
- If the return is not due to a defect or our error, return shipping and packaging costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a defect or our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available when a product arrives with a visible defect or damage. Send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery, and we will replace the item with another of the same value — at no extra cost to you.
Our Authenticity Guarantee
Every fragrance sold by Classy is sourced directly from its original house or an authorised distributor in Saudi Arabia. If you ever have reason to doubt the authenticity of a Classy product, tell us. We will verify it against the original house, and if it proves to be anything other than authentic, you receive a full refund — no exceptions.

This policy is written to be fair, clear, and consistent with Egyptian consumer protection law. Where a product is sold under a clearly stated promotional condition (such as a discount or bundle offer that is explicitly marked non-returnable), that condition applies unless the product is found to be defective.
