Order Processing


Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

Risk & Responsibility


Classy packages every order securely before handing it to our delivery partner. Responsibility for the shipment remains with us until it is delivered to you — if a package is lost or damaged in transit, that is on us to resolve, not you.

Damaged or Missing Items


If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item, refund it, or re-ship it — your choice.
